To strengthen our team in Aschheim/Munich we are seeking to recruit a Incident and Problem Manager (m/f/x) Division Shared Services Your Duties Manage P1/P2 incidents through their lifecycle, ensure continued progress of incident resolution, align resources and expertise for incident resolution Ensure incidents are assigned to their right support groups, that they are solved and the service is restored as well as communicate the incident updates to all stakeholders Manage the communication between technical teams and business units and maintain necessary information flow to stakeholders Define the incident management processes and procedure and ensure effective implementation and governance Manage the problem tickets created after the restoration of the service, lead a post mortem incident, and provide the outcome to the management Your profile Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline with profound understanding of IT with several years of experience as a Change or Incident Manager Knowledge of BMC or ServiceNow tool, a solid understanding of configuration management principles and ITIL V3 qualification is a must Team player, self-motivated, able to think independently, analyze and structure complex tasks and requirements, experience of dealing with an array of senior stakeholders Excellent communication skills in English What we offer Challenging and diverse tasks with scope for introducing your own ideas and experience An excellent working atmosphere in a highly-motivated and successful team with an international company culture Further professional and personal development at one of the world's leading providers of payment processing An attractive salary as well as long-term prospects and being part of a successful company that is growing strongly.
