Senior Account Manager DACH Assessment Solution (m/w/d) Direct Sales

Responsibility for existing portfolio of 6 large key enterprise accounts Development of strong relationships with key client organisations thus strategically increasing sales Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives such as the CHRO, HR Directors, Business Unit Leaders & C Level executives Create innovative proposals and client led solutions whilst building long lasting and valued relationships Contribution of expertise in all core selling areas with regards to business planning and strategy execution in order to drive sales You keep abreast of market trends, evolve client needs and use this to deliver client solutions acting as a true business partner
