We are looking for a Director of Partner Success to join the appliedAI leadership team to take the key role in sales as well as designing the partner interaction to optimally deliver our assets to them; while being a trusted sparring partner yourself. As an excellent communicator and customer-focused expert, you will build and expand strong relationships with our partner companies to scale our programs and guide the partners' AI Journey by creating a people-centric vision for our platform. Our diverse team of experts is our most important asset - to be successful in this role, you act as an inspiring leader to empower and develop the team members. You will work closely together with AI experts from a variety of backgrounds and act as an advocate for appliedAI to shape Europe's innovative power in AI. Responsibly build and lead a team of ~7 with a background in Marketing and Communications, Sales, Partner and Community Management Manage and execute our sales activities, expanding the existing relationships with our partners and acquiring new customers Act as a sparring partner for our Asset Teams to develop our portfolio of AI assets Engage with and consult C-Level stakeholders at our partner companies to analyze and understand their requirements holistically and to spread and distribute the appliedAI offerings Develop and expand the AI community with new partners and experts to scale our activities towards all of Germany and beyond Oversee and efficiently manage allocated budgets
University degree, preferrably in a business or STEM discipline Extensive experience (> 5 years) in a leading customer facing role at a leading technology player or AI-first company Passionate and empathetic leader with demonstrable ability to build up, lead and develop a team Proven track record of managing large partner ecosystems and growing partner relationships, ideally in the domain of Machine Learning Experience with Sales and Marketing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you are a confident and persuasive communicator at all levels and you know how build trusted relationships Fluent English and conversational German
