In the European Consulting Services Team, you are the Talent Manager partner for management and HR executives on all HR- and transformation topics. Partners across multi-disciplinary teams, including sales, solution and technical experts, using your HR specialist and market knowledge, to shape, scope, position and deliver complex solutions that drive business value Design and Implementation of solutions within client context, focussing on: Talent Acquisition solution design and implementation Talent Management Strategy & Process Design Assessment solutions for all employee levels e.g. volume, graduate, managerial and leadership Workforce Analytics Enablement of client stakeholders in products and solutions (training, workshops, focus groups, webinars, ...) Leads with outcomes to demonstrate value, secure new and repeat business, drive renewaland growth. Support the client stakeholders to articulate the value of the projects to their business management. Sales and Business Development support for the regional team by providing expert advice to sales and to clients on how the company can help address their talent needs
Experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management consulting or as a HR practitioner with a track record of managing large scale customer projects for instance in: customised recruitment and assessment solutions restructure and redundancy leadership assessment and development talent management and succession planning Excellent understanding of the employee lifecycle from employer branding, to recruitment and onboarding to talent management Strong strategic thinking, execution and problem solving skills to succeed in a challenging changing environment A structured way of thinking combined with great stakeholder management skills will allow you to have a maximum impact. Analytical and conceptual skills, allowing you to provide your clients with key strategic insights through the talent data provided. A commercial mindset to optimise existing opportunities and how to leverage new ones. A natural eagerness to work across borders and build international relationships. Excellent written communication skills with fluent business English and fluent/native German A background in Industrial & Organisational Psychology
