Design Strategy & Pre-Development - Brand Siemens
Pre-develop long term innovation strategies and brand vision ranges for all categories to ensure brand positioning and brand experience
Support realignment of Brand Siemens, integration into resp. design strategy & development of new design language, philosophy, principles & codes
Provide target group related insights and translate them into correspond. brand & design concepts aligned with PO Sustain. & PO Kitchen of the future
Further integration of corporate BSH defined targets i. e. consumer centric and CDI process into the way of working for Siemens Design
Prepare and manage the construction of models and prototypes including steering of external design service providers
University degree (bachelor/master) in industrial/product design and 5+ years work experience in home appliances, consumer products or similar
Comprehensive unterstanding and experience on how to create a portfolio differentation (cross-category, value classes)
Holistic understanding of brand experience cross category and proven record in global and regional brand design
Ability to organize and structure complex content in order to communicate it in an understandable way
Strategic thinking, analytical skills and sense for future trends, expert knowledge in ID design tools, strong communication and presentation skills
