As an AI Technical Trainer / Lecturer, you will have the opportunity to be at the heart of the AI agenda in Europe, both technically and educationally. Uniquely, you will be able to shape the future AI landscape by means of teaching and training our corporate partners on the latest technology applications. Together with the AI Academy team, you will design and deliver AI training at a variety of levels, allowing you to amplify your influence through those you train, more than a single engineer can. You will be working on developing and running scalable training programs (online, on site and hybrid) focusing on both introductory and advanced technical topics in AI based on the extensive course material of the appliedAI Initiative and existing material outside of appliedAI. You will work closely with Instructional Designers in compiling best-in-class and context-specific curricula to bring whole companies up to speed in AI and accompany the delivery of these contents. You will work closely with multiple companies in long-term relationships giving you the possibility to directly observe the impact of your work and further strengthen the relationships with our partner companies. With your engineering or data science background, you will deliver your cutting edge experience and knowledge to help realize our mission of successfully facilitating the adoption of AI, and embracing transformational change through AI. Successful candidates will: Help to define and deliver holistic course formats to build technological AI know-how in companies Steer the delivery of trainings, from world-leading companies to new graduates, to educate and motivate talents on all levels in AI Enable others to deliver the coursework and on-the-job trainings you develop in train-the-trainer formats and manage this trainer community Run workshops and training sessions with various companies and become their first contact person for building up know-how in AI If interested, contribute technically to real world AI projects.
