Business Analyst (m/f/x) - AI Partner Interaction
We are looking for a Business Analyst, complementing our Partner Success team that is responsible for interacting with our whole ecosystem and for delivering our and our ecosystem's expertise to our partners. As an excellent analytical expert, you will be the data-driven intelligence of the team, measuring our interaction performance, collecting key data from the external market and supporting the optimization. You will work closely together with AI experts from a variety of backgrounds and act as an advocate for appliedAI to shape Europe's innovative power in AI. Utilize data and analytical techniques to quantify our interaction, identify emerging trends, enable high operational efficiency, evaluate impact of new initiatives, and implement solutions collaboratively Develop, build, and measure performance on operational metrics and generate insights to improve targeted partner interaction Become an expert in what moves the key metrics, and conduct detailed analyses that result in actionable insights Identify (technical or strategic) challenges early and collaborate closely with team to find creative solutions Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the entire internal partner ecosystem to shape and set partner strategies Provide AI industry-specific analysis and benchmarks regarding market, trends and competitors Support the creation of specific retention strategies, evaluation of growth opportunities, business planning, partner segmentation and review of real time key interaction performance metrics Integrate new data sources required by the business (e.g. pull data from external APIs) for business insights and applicability across market Support the development of an analytics strategy, building complex analytical models, custom performance analysis and reporting Be a sparring partner for marketing and strategy teams to provide guidance on trending topics and provide support with their campaigns and content
Experience in an analytical role, working with data to identify trends and make recommendations Experience in process optimization with data analytics 2-5 years of experience in Analytics Tools and Platforms as well as CRM systems and thus the ability to design and build a resilient data infrastructure Ideally: previously working in tech industry with a focus in artificial intelligence, data science and or cloud computing Detail and quality-oriented way of working Experience working in cross-functional teams Ability to articulately present and debate recommendations
